Our 1KV heat shrink joint kit is a high-performance solution designed for splicing and repairing low-voltage power cables. It installs quickly with the application of heat, forming a permanent, sealed insulation barrier that provides exceptional environmental protection and electrical insulation performance.  Installation Guide (Brief)

1. Prepare the cable: strip and cut according to standard procedures.

2. Connect the conductors and ensure the surface is smooth.

3. Clean the cable surface, slide the joint onto one end of the cable.

4. After connection, move the joint to the splice area and center it.

5. Apply heat evenly from the middle towards the ends or from one end to the other to allow uniform shrinkage.

6. Check to confirm complete shrinkage and even seepage of adhesive.
