Heat-shrinkable insulation pipe is commonly used in the middle and inside of low-voltage heat-shrinkable terminal and high-voltage heat-shrinkable terminal. Constitute a complete set of cable accessories,it has the advantages of high temperature shrinkage, soft flame retardant insulation and corrosion protection. In our factory,there are three kinds of heat-shrinkable insulation pipes according to the withstand voltage grade, they are 1kv heat-shrinkable insulation pipe,10kv heat-shrinkable insulation pipe and 35kv heat-shrinkable insulation pipe

1kv heat-shrinkable insulated tube is between 0.6v~1kv.Available in five different colors: red, green, yellow, blue and black. The sizes are 10 to 16 square in 0# , 25 to 50 square in 1#, 70 to 120 square in 2#, 150 to 240 square in 3#, and 300 to 400 square in 4#.Our conventional 1kv heat-shrinkable insulation tube is 60cm each, but as a manufacturer, we can also customize 80cm each, or 1m each, based on good faith service.

10kv refers to the range of 8.7v to 15kv.The color of 10kv heat-shrinkable insulation pipe is relatively simple, only red.It's divided by these squares：1#（25-50），2#（70-120），3#（150-240）and 4#（300-400).The conventional length of 10kv heat-shrinkable insulated tube is 65cm each, and the same length can be customized.

35kv means the pressure rating is between 26kv to 35kv.The color of 35kv same as the 10kv heat shrinkable,just have red. It comes in three sizes :1#(50-120),2#(150-240), and 3#(300-500).The regular length is 80 centimeters each.
Whether it is from the aspect of the pressure grade or from the aspect of the length of heat-shrinkable insulation pipe, we can see that these three kinds are all obviously different. Please contact us if necessary.
